“Our spa room on the second floor overlooked one of the four swimming pools. Although the room itself was compact with little space for luggage, the large balcony with outdoor spa, table and chairs provided a sense of space. The large bathroom provided a walk-in shower, toilet and wide wash basin and cabinet. The kitchenette was equipped with a microwave, expresso machine, toaster and kettle plus glassware, china and cutlery for 2 people. The room was easily accessible by lift from the basement……

“We stayed for one night, perhaps that's why they put us to the furthest room in the lodge. We are of a minimum of 20-min walk away from the main building, which is pretty much where everything (restaurants, activities, free wifi) is... My boyfriend slipped over wet floor twice on our way to restaurants... No wifi in room. Room very small and no river view given the price. Breakfast so so. Staff are very helpful but didn't mention that the complimentary guided walk requires prior booking when I……

“Absolutely stunning location, right on 4 mile beach! We woke up to see the ocean through some palm trees, made some lattes with the espresso maker and milk frother in the room, and just soaked it all in. Our room was lovely - airy, light, lovely bedding. The kitchenette was appreciated, and daily breakfast was delicious. Front desk and dining staff were all so helpful and kind. They arranged a day on the reef with Sailaway - fantastic! Didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. The hot tub wasn’t……

“Absolutely loved our stay in the swimout apartment. Perfect spot, kids had a ball. The pool is fantastic. The welcome email from the owners was thorough and comprehensive, even gave great suggestions as to what to see and do as well as restaurant recommendations. This is definitely on our list to come back too. Only very minor issue was the sliding doors were very heavy to use onto the outdoor area but the humidity contributed to this as they stuck with the heat and moisture. Thanks”

It would be best to bleach them. ・After dinner, when I went to bed, it was a little chilly so I asked for a blanket, but I was told that the service had ended and they couldn't give one to us. ・The room smelled moldy ・There were food crumbs on the dining chairs that looked like they had been there for a while.”

“The staff were very pleasant, the rooms were clean and the pool and spa were very refreshing. A little more shade around the pool would probably be beneficial but this was not a criticism just a suggestion. We had a very pleasant stay. I would stay there again. ”
