“It is a neat hotel with character. It is clean and well maintained. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there are definitely some negatives:
The breakfast was pitiful. I was forced to go out for breakfast.
There is no dedicated parking and since the hotel is located in the middle of a tourist town, finding street parking was not easy. I had to park several blocks from the hotel.
There were often homeless people congregating on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. I would have to walk around them……

“No "real" person at the front desk for check-in. The virtual attendant had a microphone that kept cutting out and it took three of us to figure out what she was saying and instructing us to do. There did not appear to be any staff on site and it did not feel safe. Extra flooring planks were left in the hallway with caution tape wrapped around them. The sheets appeared clean, but the mattress underneath was gross looking. Just an overall sense that this was not a good place to be. We did……
