「The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I were greeted by the doorman and he took our suitcases while we checked in. We speak little to no Spanish, however all the staff are bilingual. 「Blimey, what a spot. Absolutely stellar stay. You’re right on the beachfront, which is ideal for pretending you're in a movie until a wave hits your ankles. The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss.
