“This was a 5 star stay and we will definitely be back. The staff were friendly, helpful, and personable. The room was clean and cozy. The small touches that matter - they had them all. We were able to sit in the hot tub after a day of skiing, there were fresh baked cookies in the lobby, coffee all day, access to a fridge and microwave, TV downstairs, arcade/game room. They have a restaurant in the basement of the property. Breakfast in the morning was better than any hotel breakfast. Cereal,……

“It was actually a really good trip but three things stood out. 1. The coffee was cold at 9 am. 2. She asked when I checked in if we wanted housekeeping services and then we never got it (not a big deal, the only thing that really meant was the bed never got made and we could have used an extra towel). 3. After breakfast they just threw all the dining room trash bags on the front steps of the lobby for some reason. The bed was really comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed……
