"the property is beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Favorite spot _ sunset grille for dinner outside 5:30 or 6pm reservations a must! also ask about the Sparkling sunset package - Giovanni is a perfect host and coordinator! My only disappointment is that the beach shaded Palapas are not complimentary to guest and must reserved in advance at an additional cost, it is so hot it is a must have if you plan to be on the beach most of the day. It would be nice to have beach umbrellas as a complimentary option as the hotel stay cost inistself should at the very least provide beach umbrellas as an option. Another noted thing was the lack of activities in the lobby area, happy hour or music etc. The nearby Hyatt for example is much livelier, and had salsa dance lessons on the beach! if you prefer quiet and less activity then Hilton will workout fine, Overall, it is a wonderful hotel, and we had a great stay."

"All services - housekeeping, restaurants, pool, spa were excellent. Room was renovated, clean and modern. Staff were incredibly warm and nice - shout out to Paola and Michelle (hosts) and all the wait staff. They were all very attentive and consistently gave great service. I saw Daniela at the spa 4X that’s how amazing she was! The food is also great at all the restaurants including buffet - lots of fish, seafood and grilled meats. They do a different country theme every night at buffet which is such a smart way of changing things up and keeping it different. Lunch at the buffet was always delicious. The only complaint was check in took too long and we were tired and hungry after a day of travel. But the rest of our 2 week trip was fantastic which made up for it. The beach is beautiful - water was warm, calm and easy to soak or swim in."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn! The property was wonderful, great food and drinks! Easy to navigate and everything was very close. Lots of shops and food options and the pools were lovely! We will be back!"

"This was one of the best resorts I've ever stayed. It was clean, the food was amazing and the staff was really nice. The bartenders Jobathan and Koy were the best. They made our drinks just how we liked them and it felt like we'd known them for a while. They made a huge impact. I will go back just for the bartenders."

"I read other reviews before booking and do not understand any of the negatives. We stayed end of October and occupancy was not full so that probably helped. The resort and room were very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and was always replenished. Only suggestion would be to have signs telling people not to feed the birds and take their plates inside if still food on them as it brings the birds. Managers reception was great and bar servers were very friendly. Only negative was having to get the little tickets every day after 1pm. Must be a better way to manage this. All resort staff were very friendly and helpful! Pool was absolutely beautiful! Food was great at the restaurant and service was excellent. Would stay here again for sure. Prime location between Eagle Beach and Palm beach. Very walkable location! Cant say enough positives about Embassy suites. Have stayed at many and this was by far the best!"
