“Beautiful property, room was clean and the staff was really nice. ”

“The walls in the hall ways had paint chipped off. The shower would clog up while showering, will never stay here again.”

“Everything seems okay and smooth at check-in. However at check out, it was a different story. There was no water available at breakfast and fellow occupants didn’t have anything to drink. While they were trying to find someone to refill the water there were 2 other in line ahead of me to checkout. We waited 25 minutes to checkout and had to contact the property through my booking to locate an employee to check us out. We stayed for a graduation and was almost late due to the long wait. “The pictures online were beautiful and it was just as beautiful in person. May have even been more beautiful. Very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Beautiful property and fire pit area. We hope to be back in the future. The owner was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay very much. ”

“Host went above and beyond to make it feel like home. She provided snacks and bottled water which we appreciated. She also provided a bottle of wine to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Be sure to travel here with people that you are comfortable with because there is no door between the bedroom and bathroom area.”

“I was skeptical of renting without seeing this property first. Maybe the 10 rating wouldn’t be accurate. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Our family can’t stop raving about it. “It’s a room in a small horse barn and it’s exactly what I needed. Quiet, greeted by host and then allowed to enjoy the property without interference. The bathroom is tiny but that was to be expected. Really loved the property. Only 7 miles from Loudenville so phone internet and navigation worked. Horses helped my heart as I was not in town for pleasure, it was the break I needed. There’s a full kitchen but I didn’t need it. Streaming channels and the bed and pillows were very nice.”
