「A great place to stay. Lovely bed and subsequent sleep. Bathroom could do with some ventilation as it smelt a little damp but very nice shower 」

「The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. 」

「We loved our stay, your staff is your best asset, so helpful and friendly. We ate dinner in the bar and it was excellent. The room was great, very comfortable bed, lovely toiletries from Crabtree and Evelyn, plenty of sockets and a hairdryer. All in all, a great stay. Thank you!」

「The YHA in Bristol is kind of old compared with the Cardiff one. There is no plug for the upper bed and no separate light for each as well. Also, you need to ask for the wifi even you are going to stay, it's not convenience, so do ask the staff while you are check in! But overall the location is quite close for the visitor.」
