“Cute B&B run like a hotel just outsude the gate to the world famous Chautauqua Institute. Very quiet although it is an older home. Real nice staff.”

Everything in this home was very organized. there is a coffee bar in the kitchen, lots of ziplock bags and things in the cabinets. I can tell that the host puts a lot of thought into providing a good experience for guests. The pillow in the main bedroom was a little hard for me. I looked in the closet and sure enough, there were other pillows to choose from. Very comfortable bed. Adequate towels. Lots of……

“Took my son & his friend to see the 2024 Eclipse in the path of totality where this cute cottage was located on the inlet of a lake. It was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked, the owner was responsive, generous & accomadating. Staying on a lake can sometimes be buggy even inside the house & there was nothing creepy crawly to be found! The peacefulness & wild life was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & made a super special memory together. I am thankful!”

“There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua!”

“Very clean carpeted room with very comfy beds and very good TV service. Lots of land to walk around the property. Good shower, bar fridge and microwave. Coffee maker in the room was basic and lots of ice was available. No breakfast but for the price in the vineyards of Western NY we would definitely stay here again. ”
