「Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.」

「Working with Frias properties was easy and above expectations. They answer their phones, are quickly responsive to inquiries and requests, and professional and friendly. The property itself is convenient Lee located right at the base of the mountain in the middle of town. The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds and sheets were comfortable. The bathrooms were large and well appointed. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need to make a full breakfast lunch or dinner. The fireplace...

「Perfect location for us to walk to our event at The Snow Lodge just a few blocks away. Room came with a parking a lot and easy entry. There was an attendant at the desk every time we arrived or departed the facility. Thank you for making it affordable to stay in aspen.」

「We loved our stay at The Residence Hotel. The hotel is super convenient to Aspen Mtn for skiing. The gondola is less than a 10 min walk! The room was spacious which we appreciated with our 2 dogs. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed having a little kitchen to make coffee/tea and breakfast in the morning. We will certainly stay again when visiting Aspen.」

「It was walkable to restaurants and hiking trails. It was nice that we could park the car in the garage. The hotel is a little outdated, our bathroom shower was a little clogged took awhile to drain the water. 」
