"Basic but met my expectations "

"Staff are great, food’s not bad. No phone, refrigerator or ironing and iron in the room. Phone is fairly essential if someone is taken ill and don’t have a cell phone m."

"Room was clean, large and comfortable. Towels that typical "washed too many times" feel. Good to have both an internal lock and physical lock for lone travellers. Downside is (albeit included) breakfast was poor quality with defrosted fruit "compote" and poor quality low meat content sausages. Parking also costs £5 extra and also on checking in there was a card preapproval for "any damage" which boggles the mind on what is typical. Not the nicest way to be greeted on arrival and the breakfast wasn't the nicest end to the stay. Plenty of it though so perhaps reduce quantity increase quality? Or have options to upgrade to something better? Apart from that, front facing rooms may get some tram noise if you're a light sleeper but good location for the Trafford Centre and trams. Well priced when I stayed but I can imagine the prices will flex a lot. I ended up thinking this would be good if you're an engineering contractor wanting a full stomach for a long day, less good for business travellers."

"The first room we were allocated was terrible it smelt so bad. We asked to be changed to another room. Which the staff did. The second room was ok. "

"This hotel is very cheap, so I didn't expect much. Free parking, but tight to get to behind hotel. Room was tired, in need of decoration. Bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet. Can't complain for £47."

"The facilities were really good. The bed was so comfortable lovely hand and shower wash. Food was excellent so much choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond when I left something behind in my room they safely packaged it for me to return. 5 star service. "
