"Self Check-in was seamless as it was clearly outlined in cutwater emails. Considering the city “beached“ the sidewalks with salt, the entry hall and room were immaculate. A self service continental breakfast area was well equipped. The well appointed room had a dedicated mini-split, everything is new and clean, including a tiled, shower and bathroom with high-end fixtures. This recently remodeled room was super cozy and I slept great on a high end memory foam mattress, would definitely stay here...

"There is no front desk staff or staff on site at all. No house keeping. Asked for towels and never got them. Cheap blinds in the rooms that let in all the light. Bed had no middle support and nearly collapsed. Instead of a headboard to the bed it’s just a pillow. Shower has excessive hard water stains. Residual makeup stains on the bathroom door, walls in the bathroom and towels. "
