Great location

The location of the condo was perfect for accessing the downtown Atlanta area. The condo property itself was clean and efficient, and neatly decorated. I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Really Cozy Abode

I really liked how cozy and homey this unit was. It was a decent distance from the venue for the event was at but very affordable for my current budget. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and prompt in their communication. Definitely would love to come back here again. Thanks so much for having me!

Beautiful Atlanta View

Only negative I had with my stay was finding where it was. Peachtree Towers should be clearly listed. The condo itself was clean and very comfortable. GPS took us to a different location and it took effort to find.

Property needs attention

Like the location. Water stains on ceiling and floors, no directions on TV use (no major channels so no sports). Shower was scalding and very difficult to moderate temperature. Furnature was from decades ago and in need of replacement. Was not anywhere worth the dollars paid.

Good first visit to Atlanta

This was my first time staying in Atlanta. I chose not to have a set itinerary of activities before getting there, I figured we would just play things by ear. For the most part, it was summer vacation. We did have three challenging points, but the overall trip was pleasant. Checking in with the building concierge was smooth, but we had to call to get the condo assignment and code since the third party company hadn't sent it and after being on the road since 0700, it didn't start off well. Parking was not explicitly unavailable and when we asked there was a long story. We ended up paying to park in the garage, which was not an expense that we had planned for. Then, the wifi router wouldn't connect to the internet. No matter how many times I power cycled, it took two days but apparently the ethernet cable wasn't fully plugged in the outlet (mmm). There was no cold water, the hot water overtook the cold, we managed but that's just a idiosyncrasy of older buildings. I wasn't prepared for the level of homelessness in Atlanta but no one bothered us as we walked from the garage to the building. The condo was clean and well kept, A/C was cool, kitchen was acceptable, bedrooms were fine. I would recommend the hosts have the hot and cold water checked and ensure their third party code delivery tool is better set to send out access details timely. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The building is in close proximity to Atlanta attractions and we had a good first visit.
