「Stayed in on New Year’s Eve with my family, and it was GREAT!!! Room was clean and the staff were very friendly! Both bars were open (rooftop&lobby) so me and my wife were able to enjoy some cocktails on New Year’s Eve without worrying about driving!」

「We love the Lookaway Inn rooms are always clean and spacious. The grounds are spectacular, breakfast delicious and service impeccable. This is by far our favorite place to stay when in Auguata」

「As always, a spotless room, super front office staff, and conveniently located near the VA Hospital. They are "THE" place to stay while in Augusta. If I had to come up with a constructive criticism it would be the breakfast fare. It did not seem to measure up to the standards of a major hotel brand. Still, this is my home, away from home Every time that I am in Augusta, Georgia.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Everyone that I came in contact with were very friendly, everytime we entered and exited we were greeted with a smile. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and service was great. Food wasn't great that's the only negative, but that wouldn't stop me from returning, overall great stay.」
