“My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, Keya greeted me with a warm smile and outstanding customer service that made me feel instantly welcomed and valued. “The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Large spacious room with kitchen and living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent diverse breakfast buffet, including things like salmon and the option to have a personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street.”

“I stayed for 4 days and things seemed fine until the last evening, when I discovered that one of the "new" towels that housekeeping had replaced that morning was actually dirty, with makeup and dirt on it (definitely not my makeup & not my dirt.) I'm fine with not replacing my used towel - which I had hung up - but I certainly don't want someone else's dirty laundry. This raised questions about how clean other items had been the whole time. Yuck.”

The property was actually really nice. I never feel like I can find a good, quiet, clean hotel room for my family when they visit and I finally did!!”

“- Valet was great! - Front desk was mediocre. It was a hot day. There was a cold pitcher of refreshing ice water, but no cups. The front desk staff had missed this, even though they were not busy. After a long wait, they returned to tell me they couldn’t locate any cups. - Chef in 8595 Restaurant was a complete failure. Dining at 8595 was one of the main reasons we chose this property. 60% of the menu was unavailable. Allegedly, he had mismanaged the switch over to a new menu. Angry patrons who……
