"I stayed at Hyatt House Augusta while in town for my aunt’s funeral services, and I could not have asked for a more comforting experience during such a difficult time. The customer service was truly excellent. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The property was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Our stay provided exactly the comfort and ease my family and I needed while navigating our bereavement. I am sincerely grateful for the kindness and hospitality shown to us.
