"The staff was very nice. There were 2 big black hand prints on the bathroom wall, the head board was screwed on the wall and not very well and you could get cut on the screws . The bathroom door had a big Crack in it and they just buddy it up. The bathroom light over the sink didnt work and it was stained. When the door was shut at night you can see the light come through the sides and bottom, easily."

"The king size room was great had fridge and coffee maker, a surprise...needs microwave. The bathroom tub needed replaced because it was messed up around the drain which looks nasty....I'm 76 and love bathes. It was room 309. Otherwise room was great."

"Pros- Extremely close to cvg. Like less than 5min ride. - room was clean Parking was atrocious on a Saturday night around 7pm. Rooms are extremely outdated. No USB ports only electrical outlets. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Hotel had walls that were missing plaster For a one night stay it was doable but wouldn't recommend staying more than one night."

"Check in experience was amazing. The couple in front of me had a lot of extra requests such as towels for the pool and extra pillows that she had to leave her station to get for them. She was so apologetic that it took so long to get to me, which it didn’t really but I appreciated her acknowledging it. After I booked this location, I wondered if I would regret being so close to the airport (noise) but I didn’t notice. Loved the clean room, the blackout shade & curtain, the comfy bed, and the large shower!"

"There are no elevators present. There was no hot water in the hotel. We were told there would be hot water in the morning but it was never fixed. If you are paying for a room you think the least you could have is hot water. They didn’t offer a refund or anything. Only ppl available were the ppl on the video kiosk you had to talk through to check in. Will never stay here again."

"1/5 Overall Rating 1/5 Cleanliness 1/5 Condition/Maintenance This Red Roof Inn is completely run-down and on its last legs. I encountered big house roaches crawling around, feces at the top of the stairs—showing clear signs of repeated occurrences—that I unfortunately stepped in. The blankets and sheets were riddled with burn holes throughout, while all linens (towels, washcloths included) were stained a disgusting urine-yellow shade. The TV remote didn't work at all. It was genuinely horrible, but due to booking through a third party, I had no choice but to stay or get nothing. Unless you're desperate, do not support this business—avoid at all costs! I have photos of every issue."
