The studio is private with its own entrance. The updated bathroom has a spacious shower. The full kitchen has a bar area that can also be used as a desk to work from home. You`ll have everything needed for an easy mea at home. The drip coffee maker helps mornings ease into the day. The space is open with large windows, so a lovely space for a quick overnight or a longer stay.

The guest has access to the entire studio which has it`s own private entrance. Only sharing 1 wall with the mainhouse of quiet residents.

The studio is walking distance away from food. For the whole Austin experience we recommend Uber of renting a car!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is noise an issue?
No. the house is on a quiet street with quiet neighbors.

What is the parking situation?
Street parking- plentiful parking on a very safe quiet street.

It the studio a stand alone home?
No. The studio entrance is on the side of the main home, but sound has never been an issue.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
The house is one level with no steps. There is some gravel and pavers before the door.

How do I check in?
A day before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!

Is a Pack n Play Available?
If you let us know ahead of time, we can have a pack n pland and/or high chair at the house for you.

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
We love dogs and love to host but they do cause more complications for our cleaning crew. We have a limit of 1 dog with a 50.00 pet fee. Please let us know if you are bringing your pup. If guests arrive with a pet without making prior arrangements, the fee is 250.00. Because of allergies, we cannot host cats.

Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.

Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We can arrange an early or late check out. The fee is $20 per hour up to two hours. We use V.nmo for this (@PB-Austin)
No smoking inside unit. If any smoke smell has been detected there will be a $200-$250 fine will be issued.
