Nice location

We enjoyed our first visit to Austin. The only thing I have to say is there should be some black out curtains in living room since it was for 4 people, so 2 had to sleep on pull out couch, very bright. And check out should be a little later. You pay a good price you should get a little more time! Thanks

Great location and nice place.

We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every day. Our daughter’s family lives in Sky House (which is at the south end of Rainey Street) so it was a super quick walk back and forth. The workout room and pool are very nice. The view out either side is very peaceful, either downtown or the river. It’s very close to the walking path too. The ‘coffee available all day in the lobby’ is a coffee shop/bar; we’d mistakenly thought it was free like at Sky House. It’s nice there’s a couple coffee shops within walking distance as well as Whole Foods and Target if you want groceries. I think you’ll be pleased to stay here.
