“Had a nice stay for four nights. Property is old but all inclusive. Easy ride from airport. Beach is beautiful. Food was great. Service was okay. Mixed reviews from guests who were there at the same time. Some felt the level of service was not good and some (I say some) workers were just rude. However, there were so many lovely and helpful workers that I would not rule this resort out as a repeat stay. ”

“Overall good hotel . A little dated needs a lick of paint and a minor renovations but the staff are great . Can’t do enough for you . Food/drink selection excellent. Clean and everyone friendly. This is a 3-4 star accommodation with 4-5 star food and service. Beach area lovely ”

“All inclusive”

“The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. On the bright side, we still had an amazing vacation and the Bahamas are still at……

“This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property.”
