5/5 Excellent
"There is SO much I could say but overall this is the most amazing resort we have been to! There are multiple hotels within the resort but we stayed at the Royal. Although we went alone without our children, the resort is very family friendly and close to Aquaventures. Reservations are easy to make on OpenTable and I recommend making them a couple days before you get there, especially for the high end restaurants. We love that we can room charge at almost every location/shop, including those in the Marina. So many shops and places to grab quick bites and treats. The resort is HUGE but easily walkable.
We stayed on the 18th floor of the Royal in an ocean view room and were considered VIP guests which gave us $150 resort credit each day and use of the VIP lounge for any issues.
I will say that the only thing that we found unacceptable was that there was a CONSTANT dripping in the closet from the AC vent. Made us wonder how long it will be until mold forms underneath if there isn’t already some there. It was unpleasant walking on the wet spot BUT the room was beautiful and huge.
Aquaventure was lots of fun and the abundance of pools makes this resort so worth it."
