“The lobby is very charming and will kept. The supper club smelled amazing and I've heard great things, but we didn't go into the supper club. There is no elevator and we had a lot of stuff due to traveling for almost a week on a hiking trip. So getting everything up to the room was a challenge. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. ”

“The room's kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc, the provided breakfast had a good variety of options, the staff was great.”

“This is a very old place. The online photos are obviously many years old. The place needs major renovations and maitenance including exterior paint and repairs to pillars and parking lot repairs. There are roof shingles missing. The place barely has any lights on and the halls and even the lobby are dimly lit. The room was suffice but again very dated. The restaurant did have a good all can u eat crab leg special.”

“Had to switch our first room because of heavy smoke smell and bathroom door wouldn’t open fully. Second room better but bathtub filthy and floor tiles cracked and toilet ‘spit’ water when flushed. I would not consider these rooms suites as they are very small with 2 full size beds with hardly any room to get around them and a fold out couch which was actually a very comfy bed. Pool towels were never stocked. Had to ask for everything. Gone the whole day and room still wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast……

“The shower in our room did not work. When we woke up the morning of our overnight stay, we realized it was broken and attempted to call the front desk..however, the phone was broken as well. I went to the front desk to report the shower issue only to be told there is a “trick” to get the shower to come in? I politely told the front desk attendant that me and my husband both know how to use a shower and it is indeed broken. I even had a video. The front desk attendant said he could call……
