"We stayed here for 9 nights in late March/early April, 2026, a family of 4 with 2 kids, aged 8 & 10. The hotel was excellent, we loved our stay. The room was comfortable, the pools were great, and there was plenty to do as a family. We tried the bowling and one of the escape rooms. We loved all the restaurants, it was nice that you didn't need to reserve them (only 1 requires reservations), we liked the first come, first serve. Lots of bars in the hotel and by the pools, beach is nearby, and the property is beautiful, lively. The music is great - not too loud or obnoxious. Evening entertainment was good too. Our kids enjoyed the kids club and their staff. The only criticism I have is around the resort credits. When we booked, we got $200/day in resort credits but we barely used them, because you still have to pay 35% of whatever service you're getting and it still is quite expensive (massages were $375)- I found the resort credits useless and a bit of a rip off if I'm being honest - So if resort credits is your the tie-breaker for you, don't let it fool you - otherwise, everything else was great, and we'd stay here again."
