SMOKING:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. If guests choose to smoke, we ask that they do so outside at a safe distance from the main house, and to clean up after themselves. Any evidence of smoking indoors or cigarette butts on the ground outside may result in a $300 fee to offset the necessary measures to remove any residual odors. This policy will be strictly enforced.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
Absolutely no parties are permitted on the property. This includes any event that involves more guests than what is specified in your reservation details.
With prior written permission, small events may be permitted on the property during the day (sunrise to sundown). Guests not part of the Airbnb stay must leave the property by sundown. If you're interested in hosting an event, please message US for more information.

Additional Charge for Events:
If you wish to host an event on the property, there will be an additional charge based on the type of event and the number of guests attending.

Guests who fail to obtain prior written permission to host an event on the property will be charged a penalty of $2500 and will be asked to leave the property immediately.

RESTRICTIONS:
No loud music outside after 10 pm
No pets
Driving or parking on the grass is not allowed. Any guest who violates this rule will be charged a minimum fee of 300$
Parking available in garage and only the driveway in front of the garage . No cars allowed on the side of the house - that long driveway is shared with the neighbor and cannot be blocked off. Street parking is available also.

SWIMMING POOL RULES:
For safety reasons
No climbing the rocks or waterfall .

Security Cameras:
The house is equipped with external civilian security cameras. These are in place for security reasons and covering them is not permitted. Any party found covering the security cameras will be immediately evicted.
