「New property. Plenty of parking. Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. No lobby restrooms or ice machines on the property. For a new property, I wish the walls would have been more insulated for sound. Could hear noise from other rooms easily. 」

「Breakfast was robust (eggs/sausage/ham/waffles/cereal) but the same every day of our stay. Would have been nice to mix it up a bit. Rooms were fine, but 3 things were a problem for us. Some of this I should have checked on: 1) we had our handicapped son with it. The hotel only had double beds for sleeping 3, which are too small for a couple 2) no tub; only a shower. That's a problem when bathing my handicapped son 3) stupid sliding door on the bathroom. My son caught his fingers in the...

「All good. Pool was a bit to cool to swim in. Mgr explained the reason and was working on that. Otherwise no complaints, could use some fresh fruit with bkfst bar but was sufficient. A good stay all around. Room was large and immaculate. 」

「Our room was in the carriage house. The room itself was very nice, looked down to a side street below. Street noise subsided after about 9 o'clock at night. Next time I will book a room on the backside of the building, away from the street. 」

「We selected the Country Inn & Suites Jonesborough as our hub throughout our 12 day stay which was due to the loss of a family member. Room was clean, breakfast was good, coffee in lobby was appreciated, lovely sitting area for guests in lobby, pool is spacious and clean (there were even some kids inflatable pool items to use), overall wonderful. All of the staff we encountered over our stay were incredible. Aiden was a joy to communicate with and provided fantastic service for every inquiry....

「So this place is really neat. 1st up on mt with beautiful scenery. Very cool staircase. Was so nice to have small kitchen to cook in. Pretty dated but very very neat and clean. 100% recommend 」
