“Great location. Central to Capistrano- San Clemente. Right across from the beach. Really nice updated rooms. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a few people that stayed at the beautiful condo, and it was wonderful. Great location and the beds had fantastic linens and the AC worked really well! The inside was newly renovated and super clean. We all enjoyed our stay a lot! The host kept in contact with us and checked to make sure everything was great. They also had some snacks and drinks there for us which I felt was a great touch! ”

“Place was exactly as described!!! Everything was perfect!!! ”

“This place was very clean, plenty of space for 6 of us, and is within walking distance to Disneyland! I also love that they offer a grocery delivery service before arrival so we didn't have to go to the store as soon as we got there. I highly recommend!”

“House was clean the area's were large. Plenty of parking on the driveway for two Plus cars. The neighborhood was quiet except for a neighbor who was reving his engine at 7:00 in the morning. The host was most generous in answering any questions for us.”

“My wife and I decided to get away to Newport Beach for a few days. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with how the entire time went, thanks to VRBO and BeChviee rentals. Their emails were on point both before and after the stay. Super easy to understand how to check in and check out. A. ”

“Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. ”

“Great stay, very easy access to beach. Chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards in the garage made beach days great! There could be difficulty getting in garage when a large vehicle is parked in B, due to no room in the alley to swing out wide enough to be able to pull in straight. A really large vehicle may not fit. ”
