“Hotel was just amazing and a little oasis in the middle of Benidorm, welcome drinks on arrival, Nuxe amenities in the room, pool towels provided. Our room was nice and big and most importantly clean. We had breakfast included, there was plenty to choose from and all fresh, nice touch as had takeaway cups to be able to take a drink with you. A little bit of sun bed wars when the pool opens at 9am and there are limited beds directly by the pool. I think if they made the bali beds cheaper more……

“We travelled as a group of 7 ladies for a 4 night girls trip from 9th-13th June 2026. Whilst the accommodation was very clean and fantastic location. It was misold to us through Expedia, the booking advised an en suite plus master bathroom along with 2 double beds a twin and sofa bed. The sofa bed was not made up and also no pillows for the sofa bed, nobody could spare pillows as you only had 1. There was also no second bathroom just one main bathroom. Called the WhatsApp number to be told this……

“This hotel is falsely advertised as a 4 star hotel. It barely has 3 stars. No A/C at night in any room at the hotel. Unfortunately Expedia is contributing to this scam.”

“The lifts are incredibly slow. A tortoise could do a 100 yards dash in less time. I wanted a hotel with a bath available but along with almost everyone else it has showers only. I am a traditionalist. I want to soak luxuriously in a bath. Apart from that it was lovely and I will stay again (unless I can find a hotel as good WITH a bath)”
