“Great location with fully equipped kitchen. Made the best fish tacos with the red snapper we caught on our deep sea fishing trip. Walking distance to a nice restaurant, grocery store and coffee shop. We will be staying here again.”

“We enjoyed our family vacation- we had 6 adults and 6 children under 12. The beach is a short walk over several sand dunes in soft sand. The pool is around 1/2 mile walk, took 10-12 minutes. There are two pools, one was under maintenance probably due to recent rains. There was an updated covered grill area underneath the house with brand new grill. Could use some grill tools. There is clutter under the duplex from previous guests. Overall this is a great value for the money. Location: there is a……

“Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at unit B, beach bungalow. The communal pool was nice, our balcony was nice (except for the broken patio chair and when our neighbors were smoking weed). The short walk to the beach was fabulous. It was a little hike to the shops and restaurants but still very accessible. We liked the wings at tap and still and the gyros at Efe’s. Loved the outdoor shower to get extra sand off. Couldn’t find the community grill though. We would definitely stay here again!……

“The Shady Shack is a quaint, peaceful, off‑the‑beaten‑path cottage. We loved the quiet and the serene view from the screened‑in back porch each evening — easily one of our favorite parts of the stay. The cottage was spotless and stocked with all the essentials you’d need for a short getaway. Martha, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She stayed attentive throughout the entire process, and both check‑in and checkout were effortless, making our stay completely hassle‑free.A huge plus……

“The place was clean and very nice inside, had everything we needed for our stay. The host was quick to help with the door code issue we had (dead battery on lock) was solved in a timely manner and it is very close to the beach. Crossing the street to get to the beach was kind of tricky at certain times of the day but thats expected. I will say in our opinion the place was kind of small for our family, of 2 adults and 3 preteens. This was not a host or advertisement issue just our opinion for……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . The place was clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook . We saw dolphins one morning and caught a few fish off the dock . It was close to our spot we go on the beach every year on mobile st . We hope to come back again here in the future .”

“Great clean place!”

“This was our second time here and each stay has been great. Well equipped and very clean. We will stay again.”
