“The house was perfect for our family vacation, close to restaurants and activities for everyone and a short walk/boat ride to the Harbor. Plenty of space, would stay again!”

“Our family of 4 stayed 2 weeks while visiting the city and surrounding areas. It was a good location for us to where we wanted to go. Short distance to downtown and transit. Plenty of room between 3 floors. Very clean and easy to check-in. Washer and dryer in the basement was convenient and great to have a TV in every bedroom and living room. Communication with the property manager was quick and responsive. Its an older home so the floors and stairs creaked,and in an older but quiet neighborhood……

“My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend stay in Baltimore at Tropical Oasis. Super easy check in and check out. Conveniently located just south of Patterson Park and easy walking distance of great restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the great kitchen and roof top views. Beds were very comfortable and most hotels can’t come close to these accommodations and value. ”

“This is a great property and was in a great location for what we were doing in Baltimore. It was great having the parking pad in back since on street parking isn’t always easy to find. ”

“The house was very homey and welcoming. We were traveling with the small group of students and the place was perfect. The biggest issue was parking. To back alley is very narrow for a vehicle big enough to transport a sizable group of people.”

“The cleanliness of this property left much to be desired. The floor was sticky, like it had been mopped with a sticky substance. Our shoes would literally stick to the floor. The on property parking was difficult to get to because of the narrow alley and the accumulation of trash. ”
