The service at this place was amazing. Poli, the reception took great care of me. I had an issue with the room and the staff went above and beyond to fix it and even changed my room. The location is very convenient and is walking distance from BTS. I had a great stay.

Staff were really nice and helpful but the hotel itself and the Internet connection could leave you frustrated. The room was reused conditioned on my arrival. I was gonna hop into bed, found hair and dust on the bedsheet. They changed the room for me but it is still questionable about the routine cleaning. Bedsheets and other laundry are old, appears uncleaned with stain. The room is much older and unkempt comparing to the photos. There are approx. 1m or less distance from queen-size bed to the side walls.

This location is quite good regarding to the hotel price. But the facility and cleanliness are the worst at Bangkok. All of facility as TV is broken, and Shower is so terrible, and the shower sink was jammed completely with many somebody’s hairs. The worst one is the toilet smell in bed room. My nose was almost paralyzed all day. But the staff is kind.

The property is pretty run down, e.g. broken shower doors, walls full of marks, furnitures are all worn, unpleasant smells. The housekeepers been doing their best so it was reasonably clean. There’s hardly any water pressure to the shower so you don’t really feel clean. Also moulds around the area. Paid a relatively high rate to stay but there was no choice because of the holidays. If you do have a choice, probably should consider staying elsewhere.

立地がすべての安ホテル。部屋は特に水回りの不備が多く、Wi-Fiも不安定。部屋に文句を言わない人だけが泊まる資格を得る立地最優先の安ホテル。家族連れ、カップルには特にお薦めしない。俺は値段と立地全振りで常宿にしてる。コバエが飛んでいようとトイレやシャワーの水がポタポタ漏れていようと気にしない人向け。

Vissa personal, oftast kvinnliga var trötta och ovänliga mot gäster. Jag hade jättedålig bemötande. Jag bodde ändå hos dem i 8 nätter. Läget var bra, nära till 7-Eleven, BTS, supermarket och japanska barer och restauranger. Men servicen kunde har varit mycket bättre.

The property was disgusting. I checked in and was lead out of the building to another building and then up one floor above a bar to a small hostel-like venue. I was to find vomit stains on the side of the bed plus a mouldy bathroom and uncleaned floor throughout. I immediately asked for a refund of my payment and they stated they can't issue refunds and that it's up to Expedia to issue refunds. Revolting property that looks NOTHING like the pictures.

立地が良いことと電子レンジ、湯沸かし器があるところが気に入って定宿にしているが、水回りを中心にメンテナンスが悪く、設備の不備が目立つ。それを差し置いても電子レンジ付きでこの値段で泊まれるので使っている。清潔一番主義の人はやめておいた方がいい。部屋も狭い。

割安だが狭い部屋

帰りのフライトが深夜の為、割安のこのホテルを仮眠用に使用した。 部屋が狭いのに流し台(キッチン?)が付いていてこれは不要だと思う。 数時間の滞在だったので何とか耐えられたが1人ならいいが2人でこの空間は狭すぎ！ 口コミにあったデポジットは取られなかった。
