Stayed here last Friday night. The staff were lovely and we really appreciated the free room upgrade and welcome drinks. The room was clean/comfortable, but the layout was a bit awkward and some of the furniture was a little scuffed. Also, inky one of the elevators was working so was a bit slow to wait sometimes. Still, it was a comfortable stay overall and a nice little escape.

Good hotel, centrally located, we walked everywhere 86k steps in 3 days. Rooms good size and with modern feel. Staff very nice and friendly. Rooms cleaned and water refreshed. Roof top bar superb, however the price of a drink is super, super expensive £28 for 2 330ml.😱

It is next to a skyrail station which is very convenient to travel around, even to the airport. The room and toilet / shower/ bath are clean. The only problem there is no chair to sit on. Not very comfortable to drink your coffee by sitting on the edge of the bed

The hotel was nice and the view from the executive room was incredible. The area is not central to a lot of dining or sightseeing options, but very close to a BTS station. Also, the fixtures in the hotel are a bit dated. I did notice that the hotel is trying to make prices for breakfast and the bar on the 38th floor more competitive. Overall, I would recommend to travelers looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Could have been wonderful but….. our stay was let down by little details. Good, helpful staff, excellent location sensible price, well appointed hotel. We got the feeling that post covid some routines had slipped, no minibar, one tea bag, hand towels not replaced, rarely any pool towels when required. The sky bar meal we had was ok, a Caesar Salad, but in a city where good, sensibly priced, food can be had on every street corner changing over £60.00 for it seemed off.

Terrible experience… horrible customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had no hot water for the first two nights. They tried to get it fixed but they couldn’t. The showers had mold everywhere in them. They eventually moved us to another room that had no air conditioning, dirty sheets, and ants in the bed. We eventually just checked out early to stay in another hotel because it was not anything like stated on the website. With their no refund we still had to pay for the nights we did not stay because we refused to spend another night in their crappy hotel and be moved multiple times. It was our honeymoon and we were not going to spend it moving around. Since all of this happened we have tried to work with Expedia to see how they are willing to make this right and Expedia has not made this right and is not willing to give us refund. They said that although they have tried reaching the hotel there is nothing they can do. This will be the last time we book with Expedia as clearly the do not care about the customer. Very sad experience.

La habitación no me gustó para nada y no era lo que esperaba. El diseño se veía gastado, el aire de la habitqción no enfriaba y la primera noche pasamos mucho calor, para nuestra sorpresa había un aire acondicionado justo en la ducha del baño lo cual era muy extraño e incómodo. Tenía que llamar a recepción para que lo quitaran para bañarme.

Wonderful stay

It is my second time at Mode Sathorn Hotel in Bangkok. First, the customer service is always very good. The staff are always very kind and polite. My recommendation is the breakfast: very delicious, with a huge variety of items. Really amazing... congratulations for such organisation and service.

Bad day for the hotel …

Well , 4 star on a shiny days perhaps - room very nice but bed sounded like a plywood when turn - and yes it was plywood bottom thats loos , and all all beds - try to change room and a arrogant manager just said dont lay down so hard on bed - and no one else complain - i say do hear the sound … can only downgrade to smaller room without compensation , aircon in public area not working , not repair day after , 1 of 3 elevator broken same here not repir day after - not coming back … not a 4 star - 3 star perhaps.

Great property but rooftop dining expenses are absolutely outrageous prices. You can get food that is just as good for 1/3 the price. Examples. Cocktail - >15 USd….. steak 70 USD. I would stay here but dine anywhere around the hotel.

Dejligt centralt hotel med meget venligst personale. Værelset var ikke super rent, havde en noget beskidt gulvtæppe. Pool var iskold. Rooftop baren usandsynlig dyr! Ville nyde den sidste aften med mine piger deroppe, men selv en flaske vand, kostede op mod 100kr.
