「Bad attitude of staff」

「The breakfast was poor, and the room was not clean.」

「The room was very clean but the smoke smell was terrible, I used to smoke and it doesn't usually bother me but it really needed to be aired out.」

I think the it's been remodeled recently, as everything seemed new inside our room. The bed, pillows, and linens were super comfy! All in all, would absolutely stay here again!」
