“My stay was great. The staff was very upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful. My room was clean and everything worked. I had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. The hotel even has a laundry facility and a fitness room. It was so nice that I stayed an extra day just to relax and enjoy the amenities.”

“I was very worried at first after reading reviews and never staying at a Four Points before, but I was pleasantly surprised once checking in. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice, clean, and appeared newly renovated. TV even accommodated Netflix and other streaming platforms. Only negative things about the room is the water pressure isn’t the greatest and there is only 2 towels and wash rags in the bathroom. Pool was open, it was clean and well kept. Felt amazing……

“Went to visit family. Was greeted by staff upon arrival and was checked in quickly. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom is nice and clean as well. Beds are super comfy. It was like we were sleeping on a cloud. Duvets should be clipped by the corners though, the duvet kept moving around clumping in the cover, but it’s manageable. It’s a hotel and they’re constantly changing and washing so it’s understandable. Your stay comes with breakfast but it was unavailable when I stayed so I’m……

“Our stay was awesome. When we arrive, we arrived seven hours early. I walked in and asked so we could check in early and a manager looked it up and said no problem. We have two rooms available. That made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to start our vacation soon. We took off and enjoyed the sites of Memphis. My kids got to swim in a swimming pool. My grandkids had an awesome time. I would recommend Hyatt lotta places to see a lot of places to go. A lot of stuff was close.”
