“Great hotel. Close to the airport and all the staff are very friendly. The front desk staff were really helpful and kindly us check in early. They even helped us join two separate bookings easily. There is a playground that you can access through the 4th floor. And a very large playground about 5 mins away from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and housekeeping did a great job refreshing the room for us. Our only complaint was that our room faced the convention center and……

“I arrived very late to the property from Kualar Lumpur. The taxi found it a little difficult to find. I was so sorry for the staff member as I woke him oit of sleep as it was about 1.30am in the morning. He still managed to show me everything I needed. Which was so good of him. The room was spotless, floor shiny to the point you can see your reflection in it. The bathroom was super clean. So far it seems very basic necessaties are in budget places of Malaysia.
