“The staff and housekeeping personnel were very tentative, but the hotel itself is very dated..this hotel needs to be updated to the 21st century, in this day and age small things like more outlets in the rooms, not extension cords, more USB access in this technology age is a must, shower grout still sporting mildew, that is hard for housekeeping to clean, shower pressure. I could go on, but you get the idea...overall, management needs to focus on keeping vacationers coming to this……

“Very clean male staff where very friendly, female bar staff extremely rude and very aggressive towards customers and waiting staff at breakfast got cross if you asked for extra drinks etc as if you inconvenienced them don't think I eould stay here again due to not being welcomed by certain members of staff”
