“Very bad, firstly there is no air conditioning but we knew it before our payment so that’s fine. Secondly, the bed is very dirty with hair dust on it. Lastly which is also the most terrible thing is someone tried to open our door at midnight and tried to break in our room with keys. We reported the host and asked for refund but she just ignored our concerns with an indifferent attitude ”

“The apartment was not too clean and there is no safe, the air conditioner fans were very loud and temperature difficult to adjust.”

“Apartment is ok, view of the Sagrada familia is fantastic, the problem is it was very hot when we checked in, the airconditioner was off, we turned it on but it kept turning off on its own every 1-2 hours so you had to turn on again, it never got comfortable inside, we didn't sleep well, I dont recommend you book this in the summer. I messaged the property about the air-conditioner but never heard from them”

“小型酒店，祇有5層高，每層兩個單位。位置在聖家教堂及地鐵，觀光巴士附近，非常方便，吃的地方很多。我住兩房有浴室2間及客廳，厨房。用具齊全，可以煮食，洗衣服。室內十分整潔舒適。多人住宿也可以。整體而言，一間不錯及抵住酒店。”

“The room was tidy and the location is great. However, this accommodation is really too hot to stay in at this time of the year. Our bedroom got extremely hot in the evenings, even with the window open. We asked the host if they might have an extra fan we could borrow, as the one we had in our room hardly worked, but the host did not have one and said nothing else could be done to cool the apartment down. It is also advertised that there is an additional AC service for EUR10/night, but that did……

“Bonne localisation Bien équipé, propre. Le souci c'est le bruit de la rue, la nuit on entend tout, voitures, motos et le traffic ne s'arrête pas 2h, 3h 5h du matin... il faut un meilleur isolement des fenêtres.”

“Our flight was delayed for several hours so we did get there until the next day. When we got there our place was given away and they gave us the small place that wasn't going to work for us. I did speak to the owner and got me another place that was very nice. He did offer to refund us one of days stay. Which was very professional of him and I would stay at any of Mr. M's properties. ”

“Il manquait du savon à vaisselle et il y avait peu d’équipement de cuisine pour un appartement. La salle de bain était propre mais il y avait un peu de moisissure. Les lits n’étaient pas super confortables. Emplacement idéal et prêt de tout. L’appartement était spacieux pour 3 personnes et très joli. L’air climatisé fut très apprécié!”
