“Room was very clean and tidy, absolutely spacious! Only complain was house keeping accidentally opened our room door on the first day but likely because we got check-in early n there was a misunderstanding.”

“Hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's impossible to park a car in front of the hotel which cause very inconvenient to carry luggages in and out. You need to move all the luggages by walking from abt 5-10 mins away. The entrance of road is under repair, make it more complicated. At night time, some people talking loudly even fighting at downstairs. Old town zone makes me feel the secrity isn't good. All facilities in toilet quite old but very reasonable price. ”

“This place was wonderful; staff always available to help They all knew english. Very elegant and clean The only thing that was weird, which was more funny to us than anything was the back window opens to a central opening where a rear building of apartments shares windows to the same space as the hotel and your voice echoes to the apartments if you dont close your windows and the tenants get really mad and curse at you ”

“The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall……

“This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out……
