“This property was just as advertised. It was right in downtown Asheville. We were able to walk to almost everything with the kids. The property itself felt secure and safe with the security measures it took to get into the building. The parking spot in the garage was pretty tight. We were able to get our SUV in with one of us getting out and guiding the other. We’d definitely stay again!”

“Would absolutely recommend staying at this condo. Everything was as advertised. It is nice, new and well appointed. The views of the mountains are great and the balcony is enormous with nice seating. My only concern at first was the bedrooms being right near the living room (particularly with a baby) but the walls were well insulated from noise. The location is also great and right at the start of the downtown area so walkable to most restaurants and shops (albeit uphill). The management company……

“We are two couples who like to golf and love Rumbling Bald resort lifestyle. This place is by far the most modern we’ve stayed in. We loved it. The views, birdwatching and sounds of the creek in the quiet mornings are unbelievable. Everything was exceptional. I would say the only drawback is that the place is too modern. “My hubby and I stayed in this condo for 1 week while in Asheville for a family wedding. The condo is in a great location. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. There is also a small park right across the street. The Paxton Key app we had to download to our phones to gain entery into the parking lot and the public doors worked very well for us. “This place is a jewel -- spotless, well supplied, complete with full kitchen and appliances. It's 2+ blocks from Pack Square -- we easily walked to Grove Arcade and the Basilica St. Lawrence. There are dozens of fine dining experiences (and even more great less-than-upscale eateries). A rooftop bar with a vista of the town and mountains was also a short walk away. “For two people, this is a great choice. Place was clean and as shown in the pictures. It is a short walk to the main drag. A few blocks from food and breweries in the area. Only down sides were the eating area is small (at the kitchen island) and the stools didn't seem to match the counter height. The other is hooks for clothes/towels in the bathroom.. There is one by the shower to hang a towel but nowhere else in the bathroom that I saw. Driving a larger pick-up, the turn into the parking was……
