“It is a beautiful hotel. We stayed 6 nights during our vacation. Unfortunately, there were many problems in this hotel. First day, there is a staff with suit rushed into our room without knocking the door. She said : sorry , she didn’t know there is ppl in the room. And the same day, we found we have a dirty towel in our toilet. After two days, we went out with a card which shows no need to clean our room. It is also shows we don’t want anyone go inside our room. But at night , we found our……

“When we arrived for the check in, the front desk staff requested us to do online check in even though we were here. The online check in is French even though I selected English. We showed it to front desk for the language error so eventually she is willing to help us check in. So the front desk is very unhelpful and made us waste a lot of time during check in. But the room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. ”

“The room is quite small yet it provides the majority of things you need for a short stay. There are free coffee and tea at reception which is very food. The location is very convenient as well, 3 mins walk to metro and Arc de Triomphe.”

“We had 2 doublerooms (Garden side) for a short city trip in Paris. Rooms have a good size, good medium hard matrasses and a rain shower. Location nearby upcoming area and nearby metro Brochante line 13 (very busy traffic) on rush hours. Enjoyable hotel good price/quality ”

“交通方便，周圍購買水果、麪包的雜貨店就在隔壁，三明治和簡便的午餐及晚飯的店家就在附近，地鐵站在附近，只要走幾步路就可以坐地鐵遊巴黎，離凱旋門只有兩條街，去所旅遊的景點交通都很方便。下回我再透過貴公司訂旅館可以打折嗎？”

“The family room for 4 person, unlike advitised pictures, was smaller than expected. There was not enough floor space for 4 luggages.”

“It was rather far from Paris Central and so was subject to very long metro and bus rides (combination) and SUPER far from Disneyland Paris. The hotel room itself though was a great size for four of us, the neighbourhood was pleasant enough, but more options to eat would have been nice. ”
