"Everything was awesome except for the noisy AC unit which ran almost continuously to keep the room comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular and private even with both of us in the room together. Housekeeping services and amenities like the bar, coffee shop and valet were all lovely. The atmosphere was also rather upscale which I thoroughly enjoyed. The view of downtown from my room was just ok, but I wasn't there to enjoy the view! "
"Everthimh in the hotel from the gym, pool , bed. WiFi , AC and staff was excellent
Ubers great
Sometimes noisy at night , Thursday but the war plus promised so the trick
Great location and hotel "
"Great hotel and the staff was amazing… The rooms are small but very cleverly laid out… Love the carpet going throughout the halls… Valet was a little pricey but there are several close spots to park near by… Over all we enjoyed the ambiance and the folks that work at this quintessential destination…"
"Very satisfied with the hotel, and the staff were professional and very friendly. Food options were limited. No free parking. Metered parking was a hassle but easy to access through the parking app.
"
"I loved the hotel the only issue was the amount of homeless people in the neighborhood with severe mental illness. I got yelled at and followed a lot which made me not want to leave the hotel much. Luckily the hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed being inside. So the issue was not the hotel´s fault. The issue is the inequality and poverty in the US."
