「The room itself was fine, but there was no door latch/lock which was unsettling, Then I had people knocking on my door on 3 seperate occasions. Requests to change rooms/contact the owner were unsuccessful and was unhelpful. I had asked permission for my cousin stay with me, and they finally replied and charged us for extra slots. It's an okay place, but dont expect any support.」

「Xyla and Summer were fantastic during check in and check out. I’m sure they would have handled any issues, but there were none. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river and Makati. 」
