“Excellent communication. The location was perfect.I would give 4.5 stars if I could as it was ideal for our stay but needed a little TLC.”

“Property not as expected photos weee misleading. It suitable for someone who has a disability problems walking.. we could only use three bedrooms instead of four as the small bedroom with the bunkbeds had a smell of overpowering sealant in it and it could not be used . Stairs going to kitchen could do with an extra hand rail . Not really suitable for 9 people as only one family bathroom and 1 en-suite. .also not enough sofas for 9 persons . Coffee machine did not work . Could do with a heavy……

“Beautiful, clean accommodation in a quiet, peaceful location with plenty of space. Especially the kitchen is very well equipped, everything you could need. We felt very comfortable and could easily do some day trips from there. Just one comment: It would be great if there were more hangers for towels and a bigger shelf in the bathroom.”

“Lovely comfortable apartment in quiet paved shopping alley minutes from the Royal Crescent and a pleasant stroll from the centre of Bath. Well equipped and lots of thoughtful touches. ”
