“Friendly host clean apt”

“Location was great. Very quiet. Clean and efficient. Easy check-in.”

“Studio apartment that has a bed in a closet for extra sleeping space. We had 2 adults. And 1 11 year old. The place looks like it was halfhazardly put together. With a little more time and investment it could be VERY nice. The 1 "bedroom" doesnt have a window. So should be classified as a studio with a seperate sleeping option. Driveway has us parking in the grass, entry gate is small, shoukd defiantely have measurements included, (what if i brought a big truck? Eek) Back could use……

“The apartment was clean, and check-in relating to getting the codes was easy. There is no flexibility with check-ins which would have been nice since we arrived 15 minutes early and wanted to drop our stuff off and use the restroom before leaving for an important event at the check-in time and wasn’t told to go ahead and go in when she knew we were there. First time with Verbo so I really didn’t want to get charged for an extra day by going in a bit early and maybe I should have flat out asked……

“it’s is a great location we had a short drive to downtown to Rocket Mortgage Field House and there are great spots to eat with 5 minute drive and to airport was under 30 minutes”

“It was exactly how it is photo. Quite area. Communication was great. Had forgot one of my purse and was able to go back to recieve it. Will definitely book again.”

“Great location, very clean, comfortable and good amenities including washer/dryer. Loved the smell from the popcorn shop on the first floor as you come through the first floor entrance, yet you hardly notice it on the second floor which is where the apartment is. Our only complaint was the single water filter pitcher in the refrigerator is inadequate and we had to buy bottled water for drinking etc.”

“Nice weekend getaway for adult family. We hand one child under 2. Beds comfortable. Cute place just needs a little home improvement. A couple of closet doors are broken and railing for stairs. Outside needs cleaned up. Understanding for spring when it is difficult to lawn mow between rain.”

“The suite was as pictured and described. The bed linens and down comforter was so soft and the mattress firm but soft. Slept great!! I enjoyed the bright decor and colors. Excellent 70” tv and was happy to have HBO Max + cable. The heating system worked well although maybe add a small one to the bedroom. Bathroom was clean but very small and tight space between toilet and tub. Overall really enjoyed myself!”

“The owners were wonderful and always tried to make sure we stayed active by giving us tips for activities. The place was within walking distance from many restaurants on Front street near the falls. There is only one parking spot and around the outside of the apartment is cluttered. The inside was dark and still could use updates and completion work. There was no “ living room “ with a couch to sit on in the evening. We were provided with plenty of toiletries to use. We always felt safe while on……

“First off the process that VRBO uses for finding, getting and completing a stay is 5 stars. The neighborhood is just okay. Location is in an older area with places of business needing bars on the windows. Lots of fences in the area too. The actual VRBO was okay. Very basic as the pictures for this location show more than what is really there. Pictures need to be updated to reflect how the location is. Floors are creaking but that is just because the home used is old. Host was fine with……
