「My family and friends have been staying here every year. The house is very cozy and has great amenities, The lakeside location is beautiful! Kayaks are available for a paddle on the lake. There is also fire pit lakeside to enjoy in the evening. The house has an on demand water heater so everyone has a hot shower at the end of the day. We are so happy we have been able to make this house our home one weekend a year.」

「The "apartment" we had rented on the first floor was "unavailable" so they have us the whole upstairs. There was no way to secure the upstairs had anytime been in the apartment below. However, no one was on that apartment during our stay l, luckily.
It was basically a frat house vibe upstairs, it was 10 degrees overnight and the heat couldn't keep up. We froze while we slept. Not to mention the scurrying in the attic I heard when I was using the bathroom.
Should not be listed on hotels.com.」

「Wagon was much bigger than we thought. Everything was very neat and clean and we had a great time making S'mores! Highly recommended! Fires by the fire pit were amazing! Very peaceful getaway and many "dog friendly" places in the area. The town of Penn Yan was a treat too. Communications with the host were a breeze. Enjoy! 」
