We are located one hour from Nashville, TN, and fifteen minutes from Cookeville, TN.

- Bedroom: King-sized bed, 40" smart TV with YouTube TV subscription, and direct access to a private deck with a hot tub, outdoor seating, and a wood-burning fire pit.
- Bathroom: Fly-fishing themed with luxury finishes, including a thoughtfully designed shower that allows you to turn on the water without getting wet.

The cabin is conveniently located less than fifteen minutes from downtown Cookeville, where you'll discover top-notch restaurants, breweries, and boutiques. It’s also less than a ten-minute drive to Cummins Falls State Park and just twenty minutes to Burgess Falls State Park, known for some of Tennessee's most stunning waterfalls. We have connections with several local outdoor outfitters and provide personalized recommendations before your stay to help you make the most of your time in the area.

We have full-time staff who will be at the property each day to ensure the cleanliness and quality of our shared amenity spaces. They are available as needed to address any issues you encounter during your stay. Additionally, we have a 24/7 customer support team to assist you. We are always available and want your stay to be perfect!

Guests will have access to the entire cabin as well as the shared amenity spaces. We ask that you be considerate and clean up after yourself in these shared areas. Our goal is to create a campground-like atmosphere where you can enjoy outdoor time with both friends and fellow guests. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a four-digit access code to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, an on-site lockbox will be available in case of any smart lock issues. We offer 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. The property has a gated entrance.

We have a gravel driveway with ample parking. If you are pulling a boat or a camper please reach out in advance.

HOUSE RULES

NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking inside. If we find evidence of smoking, a $250 fine will apply.

CHECK-IN: You’ll receive your check-in instructions before your stay. Our standard check-in time is 4 PM, but if you’d like to start your getaway a bit earlier, we offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50. We can also accommodate bag drop-offs when available.

CHECK-OUT: Our standard check-out time is 10 AM. No chores are required before you leave—just relax and enjoy your stay until it's time to go.

EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS: We ask you to treat the property with care. If the property is left in a significantly worse condition than usual, an extra cleaning fee may apply. Remember, you are responsible for any damages.

RULES: Please follow our rules to ensure a great experience for everyone. If any non-compliance leads to a refund or discount for the next guest, you may be held responsible for those charges.

PET POLICY: We love pets and welcome them for a $100 fee per pet. Please don’t bring unauthorized pets and keep your furry friends under control. For everyone’s safety, pets should not roam freely without a human companion.
