「Excellent property in the heart of Little Havana…our room had everything needed for a short 5 night break, the staff are so helpful and attentive. The customer service we experienced was sending to none, always checked in during our stay and couldn’t be more helpful, they all went above and beyond, would highly recommend the Tower Hotel!!」

「My first concern is that I thought I was renting an apartment in the Citizen M building in Brickell but ended up in an apartment above a multi storey car park a mile away from where I wanted to be. This might be the Expedia algorithm, to be fair. The second complaint is that the check in experience was diabolical. 「This is an apartment complex that rent rooms. Not a hotel. Only virtual assistance via text if you don’t speak Spanish. No elevator. Not enough towels and washcloths. No hand soap.」

「The staff was very attentive and courteous ! The suite was very spacious and clean ! My room was on the 22nd fl with a balcony and a great view of the city. Definitely loved the 2 bathrooms and 2 tvs the room has with the microwave and mini frig ! The Breakfast with hot and cold food options were tasty ! We also enjoyed having breakfast outside on the large balcony was a nice option ! The location was walkable to Publix and transportation. Definitely will be booking again !!」
