Luxurious Villa - Hot Tub - Garden - 3 Bath - Pets

"We had a wonderful three-night weekend stay in this lovely house. Despite the nine of us, it never felt crowded or cramped. The kitchen and lounge were spacious while the outdoor area and bedrooms and bathrooms were all well-sized. Everything was spotlessly clean, with crisp white bedding and towels complemented by lovely matching accessories. The separate games room was a huge hit. The hosts were excellent, checking in with us throughout our stay. We even asked for extra towels and they were promptly delivered and located. The location is fantastic, just a five to seven-minute walk from two pubs. One of them, the Swan, is the pick-up point for the Mississippi boat trip, which I highly recommend. The property is great for dogs too, with a fenced garden and a field opposite. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it."

"We love staying at Hotel Wroxham. The staff are very welcoming, the bedrooms are all very good and well appointed, and the views of the river are fantastic from the restaurant. The terrace is right on the edge of the river, it's a lovely relaxed place to spend an hour or two just watching the majestic swans and the boats go by. The only drawback is that if you can't climb stairs, there isn't a lift, although there is only one flight of stairs. But no ground floor bedrooms."

"Fabulous location, great house for 3 couples with 3 bathrooms. We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was perfect for our family get together, ideally located with 3 pubs in walking distance and so close to the water too. The house is managed by a a friendly helpful team. We would definitely recommend, and would return."

"Morea Villa is in an absolute prime position, but so quiet and peaceful, really relaxing.You can watch the boats going by as you sit in the garden and Horning is such an idyllic village just a short walk from the villa.The villa is spacious with a lovely conservatory, there were 8 of us, but we weren’t on top of each other and the hot tub is an added bonus, the kids made great use of it.I will say the villa is looking a bit tired and could do with a spruce up, but it had everything you could possibly want.Communication with the agents was outstanding, thank you Stef and Nikki, I would highly recommend this villa, we loved it."
