“We stayed here for a guy’s weekend to celebrate a birthday. The property had plenty of room and was in good condition, as well as recently updated. It was an easy walk to a surf shop for renting boards and wet suits, as well as the beach. Also east walk to get to a market and all the restaurants in Highland. A longer walk but doable to get to the Manhattan Beach pier. I think it was nicer than the photos. The bunk bed had a trundle bed so slept all 4 of us easily. Perfect spot for the weekend.”

“The area and the property manager were great. What was not great was the accommodations. The pictures on line looked nothing like the actual place. When we arrived, there was only 2 roles of toilet paper, no dish soap, no soap for the shower and no wash clothes. The area is outstanding.”

Shower has great water pressure. This apartment is below another apartment... So you do hear upstairs neighbors moving about. Will rent again if needing a place in Manhattan Beach again.”

“My stay was exceptional. The Orange Door Team's management is outstanding, they really work hard to ensure everything is perfect. The location was ideal, the access is easy and the amenities are plentiful. The decor is beautiful, and there was ample storage. I was lucky enough to stay during a rare California rainstorm and loved listening to the rain fall on the roof. Highly recommend!”

“We loved our stay! Everything was as advertised and the communication was so great. We had to extend our stay and it was so easy. Due to a scheduling snafu, we had to check out late and the owner was understanding and receptive. We would love to stay here again. My Camaro fit perfectly in the garage space. Be careful not to block the sidewalk in front of the garage or you might get a ticket but we found street parking for our second vehicle with no problem. Everything you need is close and we……

“Great location but the bed was horrible. I tried sleeping on the couch & it wasn’t any better. The air conditioner was ok if you stayed in the living room. It was one of those portable ones that made a lot of noise. The picture on the website was not the same as the furnishings in the living room??”

Located just blocks from the beach and restaurants, we were able to enjoy wonderful walks along the beach, dinners and shopping. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay again, hopefully longer next time.”
