Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values.」

「This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. 「The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place」

「Overall experience was great. Very nice place and great location for our trip. This unit would be amazing for up to 3 couples or a large family. The only area we have to offer is in the kitchen… the pans and cooking utensils need to be replaced and the knifes are a bit dull. We could have used a blender… otherwise well equipped.」

「We were so pleased! The beds and couch were comfortable! The entire space was clean. I was pleased with the space and the A/C. The kitchen had the things we need. The fridge was big and pristine. The neighbors are so quiet. Street parking isn’t my favorite but it wasn’t horrible and the location was amazing! We went to universal and it was so close. Great communication and very great experience.」
