“Was very clean, comfortable beds, hot tub was great, everything was as listed. Just me, but would have appreciated a fan in the bedroom. Didn’t ask host, but his communication was great and seemed accommodating, so he probably would have gotten me a fan if asked. ”

“The house was as pictured; quaint, cozy, and fit 8 well. Backyard was good for our dog who had plenty of space to roam. Agree with other guest review that the house is in an iffy neighborhood; we’d see homeless people walking by and odd characters outside occasionally or hear sirens late at night, definitely not an area I’d recommend walking to anything local outside even though there are lots of food and stores close by. I also had to initiate messages for check in and check out instructions on……

“stay was great and location was amazing - the road that the house is in is extremely wide. great distance to all parts of LA, if you have a car. was hoping the fireplace worked but it is currently being fixed. backyard was a great amenity for grilling and hanging out. the washer/dryer seems a bit outdated and didn't wash our laundry loads too well (had to run the cycle twice). otherwise, an amazing stay and definitely recommend.”
