“The perfect location for our stay in and around Venice/Santa Monica. The communication with Franco and Iris was suburb. We felt extremely welcomed. Street parking was never an issue. The condo was clean, bright and spacious. The backyard is awesome. So relaxing. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but will next time. Having access to the washer/dryer was a great convenience. Only a 15 minute drive to Santa Monica beaches, shopping and restaurants. 6 minute drive to the beach town……

Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.”

“We stayed at Shaahin’s house for 9 nights during March break 2025. First of all, great location. Short drive to Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney, Marina Del Ray and Santa Monica. Also it only took about 15 min to/from LAX. Even the drive to Disney was only about 45-50 min in rush hour. I was a bit doubtful about the claim that we could easily find street parking directly outside the house (I’m from Toronto where that doesn’t happen). BUT we did park directly outside each day or at most one house……

"首先，機場接駁車不是很好等，也需要打電話到飯店確認，但還可接受， 再來到達已經接近半夜了，結果飯店找不到我訂單。足足讓我們在那裡確認來確認去一小時。訂單號碼飯店說沒有，HOTELS'COM的人說是飯店的問題。總是很像踢皮球。但是最後解決了，可是對於隔天一早還要趕飛機的我們，真的很折磨。"
