「We really enjoyed our recent stay in this adorable property. We knew it would be cozy for our family of 4 - our 'kids' are 18 and 20, and both around 6 feet tall, so we were all full-grown adults. My husband and I took the futon to allow the kids more room with the larger bed, and I have to admit the futon was VERY comfortable. The host was very responsive, and the property was clean and in a fantastic location. Very close to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops on Abbott Kinney. ...

「The only issue we had was really with the cleaning service as the bed sheets were not changed and still had sand in the sheets cakes on that had been from the previous guest and i had to sleep on top of the sheets so i didn't feel the sand the first night. Other then that the stay was great」

「* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...
