「* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

「This property was perfect. A beautiful home with a fantastic backyard oasis. Everything was clean and it was perfect for our family of 4 for our trip to LA for the World Cup. Great location. We were able to go to Venice beach, Manhattan Beach, Universal Hollywood, a Hollywood tour, and Sofi Stadium. All within 15-20 minute drive. Definitely a great choice!」

「Good stay overall! The location is amazing and Shaahin is thoughtful & responsive, and the price was great compared to similar places in the area. The AC is a big plus and kitchen is well-stocked. The hosts are still working out some kinks in the place - cleaning wasn’t perfect, dryer not working great, shower handle kept falling off - but actively worked to fix these problems when we brought them up. Would definitely come back.」

「Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.」

「Great location with nice little balcony and beach views. Fun aesthetic choices. Comfortable bed, though could use some more pillows. Modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. 」
