「Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This Bird Rock location is perfect - great shopping and food in La Jolla and just a few blocks to Pacific Beach! Close freeway access makes everything in the San Diego area easily accessible. The cozy studio felt spacious, thanks to its vaulted ceilings and skylights. Parking on the street was close and easy. Highly recommend! 」

「Tim's ocean house is by far our top 1! So nice and clean, close to everything and the host Tim is amazing! We will definitely be back!」

「Very thoughtfully appointed, and the cabinets are well labeled to find what you need quickly. The bed is comfy, but it does lie very low to the ground. The jetted tub is wonderful, and the beach gear helped us get the most out of our stay. It's hard to overstate how convenient the location is. A few steps from the beach, and a couple mins walk to stores, amusements, and a variety of food options.」

「Property was nice and reasonably priced compared to other nearby locations. Beds were comfortable and property had plenty of room for the four of us to each have our own space.」

「Such a cute little bungalow. It is small, but you dont need much space anyways. As noted in the listing, there is no ac, however we didnt need it. Theres plenty of shade around keeping it cool. I would stay here again. 」

「The unit is in a great location. I wanted to do water sports and it’s only a 5 minute walk to rent kayaks, paddle boards etc in the bay. I think it’s a pretty good value considering the location to everything which is very walkable. If you are traveling with a partner, it might be a little tight space wise for more than a few days. If you’re solo it’s a pretty great option. 」

「Lovely home, kitchen stocked well with tasteful and practical necessities. Clean and amazing location. Towels provided were plentiful, but there were no wash cloths provided so you might want to bring your own if you need that. attractive, clean, and convenient. 」
