“My husband is 6 foot seven and 290 pounds so we weren’t sure at first if we pull out bed couch with memory foam with accommodate him or comfortable, but we actually had a great night sleep every night. We also slept with the windows open and the screen door because the owners have planted fruits and Jasmine and they smell incredible all night. The air was perfumed. It’s a darling spot and if you have a big, tall man in your life, he will feel right at home too. Tall ceiling as well and we loved……

“Property has a great location. The place made for a good stay. The bed in the bedroom alone droops in the middle bad like a taco, but the bedding was clean and we slept alright, just woke up smooshed to each other. There was sand all over the coffee table and floor, but maybe that's to be expected that close to the beach. It rained pretty hard while we were there and the bedroom with 2 beds in it got some water in it, not sure how, the windows were closed. Over place made for a good quick……

“In a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to Tourmaline Beach to watch the surfers. An eclectic and comfortable studio garage conversion that felt cozy and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Tequila, salsa and chips greeted us at arrival, and we had great communications with the hosts before and during our stay. We stayed 2 days after a great blue fin tuna fishing trip…..it was a perfect place to unwind and regroup before flying home.”

“My children and I stayed here for a few days. It is steps away from Mission Beach. The cottage had everything you would need for your stay. There is ample room for a family. It was quiet even during the busy weekend. If you drive a large vehicle, you will need to park on the street or in the bay parking area as the garage is small. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone!”

The location is perfect just outside the super busy areas but within easy walk to all the attractions. Great place to stay we would do it again if we are back in the area.”

“The deck overlooking the beach was fabulous; we spent our time at the VRBO on the deck. The view of the ocean, beach, and surfers kept us entertained. The location was perfect, allowing us to hit the major tourist destinations in town, yet get out of the crowds when done. Also close to La Jolla and other beaches north. The Pacific Beach neighborhood is quiet and laid back. Great restaurants in the area and coffee roasters. Mary was spot on with all her tips and suggestions. We have never been……
